PayPal will allow payment through their interface without having to be signed up with a PayPal account. Complete your order with Barracuda Studios as usual by clicking the "checkout" button.

You will then be taken to the PayPal login page. Click the link called "Don't have a PayPal account?"

Complete the credit card entry form as you would for any websote that accepts credit cards
